General
How often should I have my aircon cleaned?
For aircons used every day in Metro Manila's heat and dust, we recommend a general cleaning every 3–4 months. If you only use it a few hours a week, twice a year is usually enough. A dirty aircon cools slower, uses more electricity and is more likely to leak water.
What's the difference between general cleaning and chemical wash?
General cleaning washes the filters, coil surface, blower and drain line with the unit still mounted. A chemical wash (pull-out) takes the indoor unit down and deep-cleans the coil with coil cleaner. That removes built-up grime, mold and odor general cleaning can't reach. We suggest one chemical wash a year for heavily used units.
How long does a cleaning take?
About 1 to 1.5 hours per split-type unit for general cleaning, and 2 to 3 hours for a chemical wash. Window-type units are usually faster. We bring drop cloths and clean up before we leave.
Repairs
My aircon is running but not cold. Is it low on freon?
Not always. The most common causes are clogged filters and dirty coils, followed by a weak capacitor or fan motor. Freon doesn't get "used up", so if it's low there's a leak. We diagnose first and only recharge after the leak is found and fixed, so you don't pay for the same problem twice.
Do you service inverter aircons?
Yes. We service inverter and non-inverter units from all major brands, including Daikin, Carrier, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Koppel, Condura and Kolin, plus ceiling-cassette, floor-mounted and centralized systems.
Do you give a warranty?
All repairs and installations come with a 90-day workmanship warranty. Replacement parts also carry the manufacturer's parts warranty. If the same problem comes back within the warranty period, we fix it at no labor cost.
Booking & payment
Is there a transport or service fee?
No transport fee anywhere in Muntinlupa City. For nearby areas like Las Piñas, Parañaque, San Pedro and Biñan, a small transport fee applies. We'll tell you the exact amount when you book.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Bookings made before 12 noon can typically be serviced the same day, subject to technician availability. For no-cooling emergencies, call us directly. We take emergency calls 24/7.
Do you work in condos and subdivisions?
Yes, we work in condos and subdivisions all over Alabang, Ayala Alabang and the rest of Muntinlupa. Send us your building's work-permit requirements and we'll provide technician IDs and any documents your admin or HOA needs ahead of time.
How can I pay?
Cash, GCash, Maya or bank transfer. We issue an official receipt for every job, and we can bill commercial clients on terms.
